The team has been busy breathing a fresh lease of life into this traditional Victorian farmhouse. With the removal of a mixture of redundant, leaky, misted and draughty aluminium and UPVC windows in a dated mahogany shade. Replacing them with bespoke UPVC units in a heritage crucifix design, to mirror the original Victorian units which would have been sash windows with central crucifix.

Satin black on the external face and, satin cream internal face, each window is complete with a timeless black handle with a chunky profile for ease of opening. The sad and tired brown rainwater goods were also stripped and replaced wholesale with up to date black, gloss fascias, gutters and downpipes.

To bring this well-presented farmhouse bang up to date, whilst respecting its Victorian heritage. In total, the property required 46 new double glazed units, no small task in the 38 degree temperatures of early July 2022.
