For this particular project, we had to go through many compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent planning standards posed by Grade II listed heritage status and the property's location within Peak District National Park Authority. We successfully converted the old barn into a three bedroom quirky home with under-heated hardwood and stone flag floors throughout. We retained as many of the old features as possible including a wooden panelled room partition and original oak beams. Available to book via Airbnb.
